Our Process

Explore our comprehensive manufacturing process — from initial design consultation to final delivery.

01. Wax Pattern Injection

High-precision wax is injected into a metal die to create an accurate replica of the final component, ensuring dimensional consistency and repeatability.

02. Pattern Assembly

Individual wax patterns are assembled onto a central runner system to form a complete casting tree, optimizing production efficiency.

03. Shell Building (Dipping)

The wax assembly is repeatedly dipped into a premium ceramic slurry to create the first layer of the ceramic shell with exceptional surface finish.

04. Shell Building (Stuccoing)

Fine refractory sand is applied over each ceramic layer to strengthen the shell, creating a durable mold capable of withstanding molten metal.

05. Drying

Each ceramic coating is carefully dried under controlled conditions to ensure maximum shell strength and eliminate moisture before casting.

06. Wax Removal (Dewaxing)

The ceramic shell is heated in an autoclave or furnace to completely remove the wax, leaving a precise hollow cavity for metal pouring.

07. Shell Removal

After solidification and cooling, the ceramic shell is broken away through vibration or blasting, revealing the finished metal casting.

08. Cut-Off & Finishing

Individual castings are separated from the runner system and undergo grinding, machining, polishing, and quality inspection to achieve the required specifications.

Tooling & Wax Injection

Precision aluminum dies are machined based on 3D CAD models. Shrinkage allowances for wax and metal are calculated to ensure the final part meets exact dimensions.

Wax Pattern Creation

The process begins by injecting special casting wax into the precision machined die to create an exact replica (pattern) of the desired finished part.

Tree Assembly

Multiple wax patterns are carefully welded onto a central wax sprue. This assembly is called a ‘tree’, which allows multiple parts to be cast simultaneously.
